Abstract

The healthcare industry is one of the most important sectors that relies on data-driven decision making to improve patient outcomes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency. In this paper, we present a case study of data-driven decision making in healthcare in Kuwait, focusing on the implementation of a healthcare data analytics system that enables healthcare providers to make informed decisions based on real-time data. We describe the system architecture, data sources, analytics models, and user interfaces, and evaluate its impact on healthcare outcomes and operational efficiency. Our results show that the implementation of the healthcare data analytics system has led to significant improvements in patient outcomes, reduced costs, and increased efficiency, and has the potential to transform the healthcare industry in Kuwait.
