The healthcare industry in Kuwait is facing numerous challenges due to an aging population, the prevalence of chronic diseases, and the need for innovative solutions to improve healthcare delivery. Systematic innovation offers a multidisciplinary approach to healthcare innovation that can lead to sustainable solutions to these challenges. This article explores the concept of systematic innovation in the context of Kuwait's healthcare industry and proposes a multidisciplinary approach to healthcare innovation. The proposed approach integrates the principles of design thinking, user-centered design, and lean startup methodologies to enable healthcare professionals to collaborate with patients, stakeholders, and technologists to design and implement innovative healthcare solutions.
