Abstract

Kuwait's economy is heavily reliant on its oil industry, which is unsustainable in the long term. To ensure sustainable economic growth, Kuwait needs to diversify its economy and develop sustainable business models. Design thinking and user-centered innovation are approaches that can be used to develop sustainable business models that meet the needs of users and stakeholders. This article explores the concept of design thinking and user-centered innovation in the context of Kuwait's economy and proposes a framework for the development of sustainable business models.
