Impact of User Interface Design on User Experience: A Case Study of Mobile Banking Applications in Kuwait

Abstract

Mobile banking applications have become an essential tool for customers in managing their finances. User interface design plays a crucial role in shaping the user experience of mobile banking applications. This study explores the impact of user interface design on user experience in mobile banking applications in Kuwait. The study uses a case study approach and analyzes the user interface design of three leading mobile banking applications in Kuwait. The study evaluates the impact of user interface design on user experience using several metrics, including usability, satisfaction, and adoption. The results show that user interface design significantly influences the user experience of mobile banking applications in Kuwait.
