Incorporating user feedback into software development is critical to ensuring that software products meet users' needs and preferences. However, incorporating user feedback can be challenging for software development companies. This study explores how software development companies in Kuwait incorporate user feedback into their product design practices. The study analyzes the challenges faced by these companies in incorporating user feedback and identifies best practices for incorporating user feedback into software development.
