Abstract

This article assesses the effectiveness of Kuwait's education system in preparing students for the future workforce. Kuwait has made significant progress in education, with a high literacy rate and compulsory education up to the secondary level. The country has also invested heavily in education, with a significant portion of the national budget allocated to it. The strengths of the education system include its focus on technical and vocational education and its emphasis on English language proficiency. However, the education system's weaknesses include the lack of integration between the education system and the labor market and the overreliance on memorization and rote learning. Addressing these weaknesses will better prepare students for the future workforce and contribute to the country's economic growth.
