Plagiarism
Advances in Law: Conference Proceedings is committed to ensuring the integrity of academic publishing and takes a strong stance against plagiarism in any form. Plagiarism is the use of someone else's ideas, words, or work without proper attribution or permission. We take plagiarism very seriously and will take all necessary measures to prevent, detect, and address any instances of plagiarism.
Plagiarism Detection
All manuscripts submitted to Advances in Law: Conference Proceedings are screened for plagiarism using specialized software tools. We use a combination of plagiarism detection software and manual checks to ensure that all manuscripts are original and free of plagiarism. Any manuscripts that are found to contain significant levels of plagiarism or that have been previously published elsewhere will be rejected.
Sanctions for Plagiarism
Authors who submit manuscripts containing plagiarism or who engage in any form of academic misconduct may be subject to the following sanctions:
- Immediate rejection of the manuscript
- Notification to the author's institution or employer
- Notification to other academic journals and publishers
- Restrictions on future submissions to the journal
- Legal action if deemed necessary
We take a zero-tolerance approach to plagiarism and will not tolerate any form of academic misconduct. By submitting a manuscript to Advances in Law: Conference Proceedings, authors attest to the originality and authenticity of their work and agree to abide by our plagiarism policy.
